Hey everyone! This is Tom Taylor, marketing director of virginiabeachresidence.com! We have an extremely useful facebook page! You can see all the useful features of VBR. You can hear the
latest news from the site. You will get notice of all the new helpful articles. You will see all the new video first! Plus we wish you nice holidays on the page! For instance, there will be 4th of July wishes soon! You can even search the MLS from the comfort of facebook! (Here).
On the facebook MLS search, you can enter an MLS number, select city, specify price, location, bedrooms and/or bathrooms. As you are changing criteria, you can see how many homes are in the results! After you select to view the properties, you will see a beautiful Google map with the resulting properties.
You will also be able to see at a glance how beautiful the virginiabeachresidence sight can be! To the right is one of the very useful school attendance zone maps. They are designed as an interface to find homes for sale in certain high school zones! To the left is a picture illustrating how to share home information with your friends and family! And you can see our easy to use interface to email a link to the information to someone! As new relevant real estate graphics become available, we'll post them to the facebook page!
We often have events for the public too! For instance, we recently had beer, drinks, and PIG at 
our annual pig picking! We had over a hundred people show up and take advantage of Old Virginia Mortgage's generosity! These events are announced, of course, on the facebook page!
