Ride The Tide! Norfolk Light Rail Set To Open

YES! I can't wait to ride the Tide! Virginia Beach Residence is going to be out in full force! We are going to have several Realtors out there taking a ride on August 19th. I am teaching a blogging class. We are going to take notes and video. Then I'll be showing them how to post thier info online.This will be fun! I think we should park along curlew drive and ride to Downtown Norfolk and have some lunch. Then ride back past the homes on Curlew drive. Then back at the office, I will show them how to upload the video and use the blogging software. This will be a lot of fun!

The Urban Land Institute says that home values near a light rail station go up 25% faster than surround areas. It will be interesting to see if this holds true for Norfolk! (and hopefully Virginia Beach soon!)
