High School Search

Here is one of our first expanded features ever! Search the Hampton Roads MLS by High School! It takes one click to find homes in a certain high school district! We have added pages for all high schools in Hampton Roads. If you hover over "High School" and hover over "Virginia Beach Schools A - K" You will see a listing of High Schools, Bayside to Kempsville. If you would like to see every home in the MLS listed with Kempsville High School, Simply select Kempsville. This will take you to a page with a beautiful map of the homes! Click on any purple dot and you will see the home for sale that it represented.

High School Attendence Zone Maps

We have meticulously drawn the High School attendence zones for Chesapeake, Norfolk and Virginia Beach! The maps are as accurate as we could make them, however the layout of the zones change, so this is to be used only as a guide for where the boundries are. (As far as we know, these are current) You can select each area to find out which zone it is! Yeah I know, Right?! Fun! A Googlemaps bubble will show up with the High School name and a link to the page with all the homes there. It has all the features of Google Maps. You can pan and zoom to your hearts content!

Easily Request Information

This one is easy! If at any time, you would like to get more information on a property, you can click this one button. A form will appear asking you what you would like to know and where we can send the answer to! We will call the agent for you and find out the homes secrets and get back to you as soon as possible! You owe it to yourself tohave your own buyer's agent working on your behalf. And it costs you nothing more than not having one! If you would like to get in to see a property, you can use this button as well! We make it so easy for you! It wouldn't make sense to do it any other way!

Search By Neighborhood

This is downright cool! We are developing neighborhood maps! Again, a fully functioning Googlemap. You can pan and zoom in and out. You can select satellite view or even GoogleEarth view! This is a lot of work and isn't yet available for every area. We're getting to them as soon as we can! It is definitely a cutting edge information capability! After you have found a little blue dot that you like, you can click on it. It will bring up the name of the neighborhood and a link to homes for sale in that neighborhood! To get to this neato feature, select cities / <the city> / All Neighborhoods.

Search By Base

We have been asked for this feature! So here we go! Search the Hampton Roads MLS by Military Base! You thought the rest of this stuff was a lot of work! This was a ton of work! But nothing is too good for you, dear Hampton Roads! Take a look at this! You can select your base on any page of the site and you will go right to the homes for sale near that base! To get to this feature, select Bases / <Name Of Base>. We also have a VA loan specialist to get you qualified and guide you through the process of obtaining financing! We make every part of the transaction as smooth as possible!

Search By Light Rail Station

Norfolk Light Rail is here! And with it's success, the probability that the light rail will expand into Virginia Beach! Before all these other people figure it out, get a home near one of the stations! Click here to see the homes for sale near each station!
